I’m Sierra Hogan, a healthcare project management consultant (and certified PMP) with over a decade of experience leading complex initiatives in ambulatory care, oncology, and infusion services. Before starting my consulting practice, I led multi-million dollar projects and service line expansions at a major academic health system.
With a background as both a Registered Nurse and a healthcare operations leader, I understand the clinical realities and the executive pressures of delivering complex projects.
